Service, setup fee and refund terms for Cruz Automations clients.
Cruz Automations services are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. Clients may cancel before their next billing date to stop future billing. Cancellation does not refund the current billing period once service for that month has begun.

CRUZ AUTOMATIONS LLC
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once implementation work has started. This includes scenario configuration, Twilio setup, booking link routing, SMS workflow creation and testing.
Due to the custom nature of automation setup and monthly optimization work, payments are generally non-refundable after work has begun. If a payment was made in error or before setup work has started, Cruz Automations may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
